Welcome to Grocelle, operated by Grocelle LLC (Colorado, USA). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — they're meant to be plain and fair.
You keep ownership of the lists, items, and photos you create. By publishing a list to the public feed, you grant other users the ability to view, save, and fork it within Grocelle, and you grant us a limited license to store and display that content so the app can function. You can unpublish or delete your content at any time.
Don't upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or that isn't yours to share. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Grocelle has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not publish, in a list's title, items, photos, or your profile:
How we enforce this:
Content in Grocelle is created by its users, not by us, except lists marked "Curated by Grocelle". We aren't responsible for user content and don't endorse it, but we do act when it breaks these rules.
Grocelle is a friendly, supportive space. Saving and forking others' public lists is encouraged; misusing the app to harass others, spam, or scrape data is not. You can report a list or block a user at any time from within the app.
Prices and totals shown in Grocelle are estimates. They may be inaccurate, out of date, or different at your store and location, and they are not guaranteed. Always confirm prices with the retailer before you buy. Figures such as how much you've stayed under your budget are estimates too.
Store names and logos that appear in Grocelle (for example Kroger, King Soopers, Safeway, and Aldi) are trademarks of their respective owners. They're used only to describe where a list is meant to be shopped. Grocelle is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these retailers.
Grocelle does not currently show coupons or deals. If we add them in the future, they may come from affiliate partners; we won't guarantee any offer's availability, price, or accuracy — always confirm details with the retailer. Some links may earn us a commission at no cost to you.
Grocelle is currently free to use. We may introduce optional paid ("Premium") features in the future; any charges will be clearly disclosed and require your explicit consent before purchase.
We work to keep Grocelle running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Grocelle is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Grocelle is operated by Grocelle LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.
